At BestMerchLab, we strive to provide high-quality anime-inspired apparel, accessories, and lifestyle products. Because many of our products are made-to-order or print-on-demand, each order is produced specifically for the customer after it is placed.

Please read this Refund & Returns Policy carefully before making your purchase.


Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 30 calendar days after your order has been delivered.

Before returning any item, you must contact our Customer Support team to obtain return authorization. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.


Eligible Reasons for Returns

We gladly accept returns if:

  • You received the wrong item.
  • The item arrives damaged during shipping.
  • The product contains a manufacturing defect.
  • The item is significantly different from the product you ordered.
  • Your order is missing items due to our error.

If your return request is approved, we will provide detailed return instructions.


Return Conditions

To qualify for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and unworn.
  • Be unwashed.
  • Be in its original condition.
  • Include original packaging whenever possible.
  • Include all accessories, tags, and components.
  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase or your order number.

Returned products showing signs of wear, washing, misuse, alteration, stains, odors, pet hair, or customer-caused damage will not be accepted.


Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our made-to-order products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size selected by the customer.
  • Incorrect color, style, or design selected during checkout.
  • Change of mind.
  • Buyer’s remorse.
  • Orders placed with an incorrect shipping address.
  • Products damaged after delivery due to misuse or improper care.
  • Personalized or customized products.
  • Final sale, clearance, or promotional items unless defective.

Apparel & Size Policy

Our clothing products include detailed size charts on each product page.

Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size before placing an order.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for incorrect size selections made by the customer.

If you need sizing assistance, please contact us before ordering.


Cosplay Costumes

Cosplay costumes should be inspected immediately upon delivery.

Returns are accepted only if:

  • The costume contains manufacturing defects.
  • You received the wrong costume.
  • Parts or accessories are missing due to our error.

Costumes that have been worn, altered, washed, or used for events are not eligible for return.


Blankets, Rugs & Accessories

Products including:

  • Blankets
  • Rugs
  • Tumblers
  • Phone Cases
  • AirPods Cases
  • Gym Bags
  • Embroidered Accessories

may be returned only if they arrive:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Incorrectly shipped

Normal wear, accidental damage, misuse, or improper maintenance are not covered under this policy.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please provide:

  • Order Number
  • Description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the product
  • Photos of the shipping package (if applicable)

Our team will investigate your request promptly.

Depending on the situation, we may provide:

  • A replacement item
  • A partial refund
  • A full refund

Requests submitted without sufficient evidence may not qualify.


Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to our mistake, including:

  • Wrong item shipped
  • Manufacturing defect
  • Shipping damage

PickyPod will cover the return shipping costs where applicable.

If the return is requested for reasons not caused by us, including:

  • Wrong size ordered
  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect product selection

the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.


Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Processing begins within 3–5 business days after inspection.
  • Depending on your payment provider, it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Exchanges

We only replace items that are defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped.

If you wish to exchange an eligible item, please contact us before returning your order.


Order Cancellation

Because production begins shortly after an order is placed, customers may cancel or modify an order within 24 hours of purchase.

After 24 hours, your order may already be in production and cancellation or modification requests can no longer be guaranteed.


Lost Packages

If your package is confirmed lost by the shipping carrier, we will investigate the shipment.

Once the carrier confirms the package is lost, we will offer either:

  • A replacement shipment, or
  • A full refund.
